Are returns and/or exchanges accepted? 

At the current time ALL sales are final. This includes but not limited to handbags and wallets, wigs and hair extensions, and hair tools (i.e flat irons). 

How long is shipping? 

Please allow a 14 business day grace period for ALL items offered on this site. Due to COVID-19 a lot of resources are limited which means shipping will take time. Please order your items in a timely fashion to receive them on time. 

What if an item is not as described? 

Before making any purchases please read the description to make sure the item is to your liking. Since we do not offer returns or exchanges we want to make you know exactly what you are getting before you make a purchase.
